The project of the Villa is the result of careful analysis of the context. A project that stands out over the sea near Bari, in the historic center, where elements such as: the local stone, the Chianca, the iron of the industrial area, the vegetation of Puglia, are the background to the intervention, all elements which have been reinterpreted in a contemporary key and proposed in the various solutions of the project.
The concept strongly recalls the lightness quality of simplification, honesty and clarity of the space of the materials of the modern American movement, the international Style.
