The "theme" of the house becomes the primordial concept of the project proposal. It was decided to celebrate the house and in particular the form of Scandinavian house with a pitch that recalls the types of homes that Piccinato designed in Serra Friday.

More precisely the two main types of existing houses in the neighborhood: the two-storey house and the 5-storey house.
